I began working with Bernadette in April 2024, focusing on empowering her to independently manage and elevate her digital presence. I provided hands-on Canva training, helping her design custom assets for social media, ads, and posters. Together, we enhanced her website by incorporating video links and streamlining content. I also guided her in crafting effective marketing copy for social media and offered strategic advice on both digital and traditional marketing approaches to support her goals.
